This Service Agreement will replace the previous user agreements of various Midea malls and app clients from the date of release. The "Service Agreement" mentioned everywhere on the Midea platform refers to this Agreement.

Midea Platform : refers to including but not limited to Midea Mall (domain name: midea.com), Little Swan Mall (domain name: littleswan.com), Annto Logistics (annto.com), Little Swan i Smart App, Mercure App, Zhitongbao app and other websites and clients.
Midea : the singular or collective name of Midea platform operators, including but not limited to Midea E-Commerce Co., Ltd., the operator of Midea Mall, Wuxi Little Swan Co., Ltd., the operator of Little Swan Mall, and Midea Smart Home Technology Co., Ltd., the operator of Meju app. , Zhitongbao app operator Ande Logistics, etc., as well as other Midea Group, Midea Group’s subsidiaries, branches and affiliates related to this agreement.
Midea platform services : Midea provides various services to you based on the Internet, including but not limited to various forms of Midea platform websites, clients, etc.
Midea platform rules : including all rules, interpretations, announcements, etc. that have been released and will be released subsequently on all Midea platforms, as well as various rules, implementation details, product process descriptions, announcements, etc. released by each platform.
Affiliated companies : the individual or collective name of all operators under Midea Group.
2. Scope of Agreement
2.1 Contracting parties
[Equal Subject] This agreement is jointly concluded by you and the Midea platform operator, and this agreement has the same contractual effect on you and the Midea platform operator.
[Subject Information] Midea platform operators refer to the various legal entities that operate the Midea platform. You can check the information published at the bottom of the homepage of each Midea platform website at any time to determine the Midea entity that performs the contract with you. Under this agreement, the Midea platform operator may change according to the business adjustment of the Midea platform. The changed Midea platform operator will work with you to perform this agreement and provide you with services. The change of the Midea platform operator will not affect your Interests under the Agreement. Midea platform operators may also add new Midea platform operators to provide new Midea platform services. If you use the new Midea platform services, you will be deemed to agree that the new Midea platform operators will perform this Agreement with you. When a dispute occurs, you can determine the entity performing the contract with you and the counterparty to the dispute based on the specific services you use and the specific behavioral objects that affect your rights and interests.
2.2 Supplementary Agreement
Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms specified in this agreement signed by you and Midea cannot fully list and cover all the rights and obligations between you and Midea, and the existing agreement cannot guarantee that it will fully meet the needs of future development. Therefore, the Midea Platform Privacy Policy and Midea Platform Rules are supplementary agreements to this Agreement, are inseparable from this Agreement and have the same legal effect. If you continue to use Midea Platform services, you will be deemed to have agreed to the above supplementary agreement.
3. Account registration and use
3.1 User qualifications
You confirm that before you start the registration process to use the Midea platform services, you have the civil capacity appropriate to your behavior as stipulated in the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you do not have the aforementioned civil capacity appropriate to your behavior, you should obtain the consent of your parents or guardians, and you and your parents or guardians should bear all consequences resulting therefrom in accordance with the law.
In addition, you also need to ensure that you are not the subject of trade restrictions, sanctions or other laws and rules imposed by any country, international organization or region, otherwise you may not be able to register and use Midea platform services normally.
3.2 Account description
[Account Registration] When you fill in the information as prompted on the registration page, read and agree to this agreement, and complete all registration procedures, you can obtain a Midea platform account and become a Midea platform user.
[Account Use] You have the right to log in to the Midea platform using the Midea member name, email, and mobile phone number you set or confirmed (hereinafter referred to as the "Account Name") and the password you set (the account name and password are collectively referred to as the "Account").
Since your Midea account is associated with your personal information and Midea platform business information, your Midea account can only be used by you. Without the consent of Midea Platform, your direct or indirect authorization of a third party to use your Midea account or obtain information under your account is invalid. If Midea Platform determines that the use of your Midea account may endanger the security of your account and/or the security of Midea Platform information, Midea Platform may refuse to provide corresponding services or terminate this Agreement.
[Account Transfer] Since user accounts are associated with user credit information, you can transfer the account only if there are express legal provisions, judicial rulings, or with the consent of Midea, and in compliance with the user account transfer process stipulated in Midea platform rules. Once your account is transferred, the rights and obligations under the account will be transferred together. Except for this, your account may not be transferred in any way, otherwise Midea Platform has the right to hold you responsible for breach of contract, and all liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
[Real-name Authentication] As a Midea platform operator, in order to enable you to better use the various services of the Midea platform and ensure the security of your account, Midea may require you to complete real-name authentication in accordance with Midea company requirements and Chinese laws.
[Recycling of Inactive Accounts] If your account meets the following conditions at the same time, Midea can reclaim your account, and your account will no longer be able to log in to the Midea platform, and the corresponding services will be terminated at the same time:
(1) Not bound to an account that has passed real-name authentication;
(2) Not used to log in to any Midea platform for six consecutive months;
(3) There is no unexpired valid business.
3.3 Registration information management
3.3.1 True and legal
[Authentic information] When using Midea platform services, you should accurately and completely provide your information (including your name and email address, contact number, contact address, etc.) according to the prompts on the Midea platform page, so that Midea or other users can communicate with you. 3.3.2 Update and maintenance
You should update the information you provide in a timely manner. If the law clearly requires Midea, as a platform service provider, to verify the information of some users (such as platform sellers, etc.), Midea will check your information from time to time in accordance with the law. For verification, you should cooperate to provide the latest, true, complete and valid information.
If Midea fails to contact you based on the information you last provided, you fail to provide information in a timely manner as required by Midea, the information you provide is obviously untrue, or the administrative and judicial authorities verify that the information you provided is invalid, you will bear the consequences for you. All losses and adverse consequences caused by yourself, others and beauty. Midea may send you a notice of inquiry or request for rectification, and require you to re-certify, until it suspends or terminates the provision of some or all of the Midea platform services to you, for which Midea is not responsible.
3.4 Account security regulations
[Account security and custody obligations] Your account is set up by you and kept by you. Midea will not proactively ask you to provide your account password at any time. Therefore, it is recommended that you keep your account safe and ensure that you log out at the end of each Internet session and leave the Midea platform in the correct steps.
Midea is not responsible for any losses or consequences caused by your active disclosure of your account or your attacks or fraud by others. You should seek compensation from the infringer through judicial, administrative and other relief channels.
[Responsibility for account behavior] Except for Midea's fault, you shall be responsible for the results of all actions under your account (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, publishing information, purchasing goods and services, and disclosing information, etc.).
[Daily Maintenance Instructions] If you discover any unauthorized use of your account to log into the Midea platform or other situations that may lead to the theft or loss of your account, it is recommended that you notify Midea immediately. You understand that Midea will need reasonable time to take action on any of your requests, and the actions Midea takes in response to your request may not be able to avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of the consequences of the infringement. Unless Midea has legal fault, Midea will not bear any responsibility.
4. Midea platform services and specifications
[Service Overview] You have the right to enjoy the purchase and evaluation of goods and/or services, transaction dispute resolution and other services on the Midea platform. For details, you can log in to the Midea platform to browse.
4.1 Purchase and evaluation of goods and/or services
[Purchase of goods and/or services] When you purchase goods and/or services on the Midea platform, please be sure to carefully confirm the product name, price, quantity, model, specification, size or service time, content, and restrictions of the purchased goods. sexual requirements and other important matters, and verify your contact address, phone number, consignee and other information when placing an order. If the consignee you fill in is not you, you will be responsible for the legal consequences of the consignee's actions and expression of intention.
Your purchasing behavior should be based on real consumer needs, and there should be no malicious purchases of goods and/or services, malicious rights protection, or other behaviors that disrupt the normal trading order of the Midea platform. Based on the need to maintain the transaction order and transaction security of the Midea platform, Midea may proactively perform operations such as closing relevant transaction orders when discovering the above situations.
[Evaluation] You have the right to evaluate the products and/or services of other users that have concluded transactions with you in the evaluation system provided by the Midea platform. You should understand that your evaluation information on the Midea platform is public. If you are unwilling to disclose your identity information to the public in the evaluation information, you have the right to choose to publish the evaluation content anonymously.
All your evaluation behavior should comply with the relevant provisions of the Midea platform rules. The evaluation content should be objective and true, and should not contain any obscene language, pornographic and vulgar language, advertising information and other prohibited information specified in laws, regulations and this agreement; you should not Help others improve their credit in improper ways or use their evaluation rights to threaten or extort other users. Midea may delete or block the evaluation information generated by your performance of the above actions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Midea platform rules.
4.2 Transaction dispute resolution

(1) Independently negotiate with platform entities;
(2) Request a consumer association or other legally established mediation organization for mediation;
(3) Complain to relevant administrative departments;
(4) In accordance with this user agreement, file a lawsuit with the people's court where the specific entity providing the service is located.
4.3 Limitation of liability
[Force majeure and third-party reasons] Midea performs basic guarantee obligations in accordance with legal provisions, but Midea does not assume corresponding liability for breach of contract due to obstacles to contract performance, performance defects, delay in performance, or changes in performance content caused by the following reasons:
(1) Due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, judicial administrative orders, etc.;
(2) Due to power supply failure, communication network failure and other public service factors or third-party factors;
(3) Due to routine or emergency equipment and system maintenance, equipment and system failures, network information and data security and other factors, due to Midea's good faith management.
5. Protection and authorization of user information

(4) Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others or involve third-party trade secrets and other proprietary rights;
(5) Insulting, slandering, intimidating, involving other people's privacy, etc. and infringing on other people's legitimate rights and interests;
(6) There are viruses, Trojans, crawlers and other malware and program codes that may damage, tamper with, delete, or affect the normal operation of any system of the Midea platform or secretly obtain the data and personal information of the Midea platform and other users without authorization;
(7) Other content that goes against social public interests or public morals or is not suitable for publication on the Midea platform in accordance with relevant Midea platform agreements and rules.
[Authorized use] You grant Midea and its affiliates free of charge within the protection period specified by law for the text, pictures, videos, audio and other non-personal information other than personal information that you provide, publish and use Midea platform services. Obtain global exclusive licensing rights and sublicense to other third parties for use, and have the right to collect evidence and file lawsuits against third parties for infringement in their own name. You agree that Midea and its affiliates will store, use, copy, revise, edit, publish, display, translate, distribute your non-personal information or create derivative works thereof, and use the above-mentioned forms, media or technologies known or developed in the future. 6. User’s breach of contract and handling
6.1 Determination of breach of contract
If any of the following circumstances occurs, you will be deemed to have breached the contract:
(1) Violating relevant laws and regulations when using Midea platform services;
(2) Violation of this Agreement or the Supplementary Agreement to this Agreement (i.e., Article 2.2 of this Agreement).
In order to adapt to the development of e-commerce and meet the needs of a large number of users for efficient and high-quality services, you understand and agree that Midea may stipulate the procedures and standards for the determination of breach of contract in the Midea platform rules. For example: Midea can determine whether you have committed a breach of contract based on the relationship between your user data and massive user data; you are obliged to provide sufficient evidence and reasonable explanations for anomalies in your data, otherwise it will be deemed a breach of contract.
6.2 Measures for handling breach of contract
[Information Processing] If the information you publish on the Midea platform constitutes a breach of contract, Midea can immediately delete or block the corresponding information in accordance with the corresponding rules.
[Conduct Restrictions] If your behavior on the Midea platform, or behavior that is not implemented on the Midea platform but has an impact on the Midea platform and its users, constitutes a breach of contract, Midea may suspend the provision of some or all services to you in accordance with the corresponding rules. Treatment measures. If your behavior constitutes a fundamental breach of contract, Midea may seal your account and terminate the provision of services to you.
[Account Processing] When you breach the contract and there are specific circumstances such as fraud, counterfeit selling, misappropriation of other people's accounts, etc., or you have risks that endanger other people's transaction security or account security, Midea will cancel the collection of funds on your account based on the risk level of your behavior. , fund stop payment and other compulsory measures.
[Disclosure of Processing Results] Midea may publish on the Midea platform the information on the measures to deal with the above-mentioned breach of contract and other illegal information confirmed by the effective legal documents of the national administrative or judicial authorities.
6.3 Liability
If your behavior causes Midea and/or its affiliates to suffer losses (including direct economic losses, loss of goodwill, and indirect economic losses such as external compensation, settlement payments, attorney fees, and litigation fees), you shall compensate Midea. and/or its affiliated companies.
If your behavior causes Midea and/or its affiliates to suffer claims from a third party, Midea and/or its affiliates may recover all losses from you after assuming obligations such as monetary payment to the third party.
If your behavior causes a third party to suffer losses or you fail to fulfill the mediation decision, Midea and/or its affiliates may instruct Alipay to withdraw money from your Alipay account for the purpose of protecting social public interests or consumer rights. Deduct the corresponding amount for payment. If your Alipay balance or deposit is insufficient to pay the corresponding amount, you agree to entrust Midea to use its own funds to pay the above amount on your behalf, and you shall return this part of the fee and compensate Midea for all losses caused thereby.
You agree that Midea will instruct Alipay to deduct the corresponding amount from your Alipay account to pay the above compensation. If the money in your Alipay account is insufficient to pay the above compensation, Midea and/or its affiliates can directly offset your rights and interests under other agreements with Midea and/or its affiliates, and can continue to pursue compensation.
6.4 Special agreement
[Affiliated Processing] If you terminate this agreement due to serious breach of contract, Midea and/or its affiliates may suspend or even suspend cooperation with you under other agreements for the purpose of maintaining platform order and protecting consumer rights. Measures to terminate the agreement and notify you in the manner stipulated in Article 8 of this Agreement.
If other agreements signed by Midea and you and agreements signed by Midea and/or its affiliates, Alipay and you clearly stipulate the related processing of your cooperation under this agreement, Midea will maintain the order of the platform and For the purpose of protecting consumer rights and interests, we may suspend or even terminate the agreement when receiving instructions, and notify you in the manner stipulated in Article 8 of this Agreement.
7. Changes to the Agreement
Midea may modify this agreement and supplementary agreements from time to time in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations and the need to maintain transaction order and protect consumer rights and interests. The changed agreements and supplementary agreements (hereinafter referred to as "changes") will be subject to legal procedures and shall be resolved in accordance with Article 1 of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to contact Midea for feedback before the effective date of the changes. If the feedback is adopted, Midea will adjust the changes as appropriate.
If you still disagree with the changes that have taken effect, you should stop using the Midea platform services from the effective date of the changes, and the changes will have no effect on you; if you continue to use the Midea platform after the changes take effect Services, you are deemed to have agreed to the changes that have taken effect.
8. Notice
8.1 Valid contact information
When you register as a Midea platform user and accept Midea platform services, you should provide Midea with true and effective contact information (including your email address, contact number, contact address, etc.). If your contact information changes, you have Obligation to update relevant information in a timely manner and remain available for contact.
The member account (including sub-account) you generated when you registered as a Midea platform user and used to log in to the Midea platform to receive in-site messages and system messages also serves as your effective contact information.
Midea will send you various notices to one or more of your above contact information, and the content of such notices may have a significant positive or negative impact on your rights and obligations, so please be sure to pay attention to it in a timely manner.
You have the right to obtain product advertising information, promotional offers and other commercial information that you are interested in through the mobile phone number or email address you filled in when registering; if you do not want to receive such information, you have the right to unsubscribe through the corresponding procedures provided by Midea function to unsubscribe.
8.2 Delivery of Notices
Midea sends notices to you through the above contact methods, including written notices issued electronically, including but not limited to announcements on the Midea platform, sending mobile text messages to the contact number you provided, and sending emails to the email address you provided. System messages and site messages sent to your account will be deemed delivered when successfully sent; written notices sent on paper carriers will be deemed delivered on the fifth natural day after being mailed to the contact address provided.
For any disputes arising from trading activities on the Midea platform, you agree that judicial authorities (including but not limited to the People's Court) may serve legal documents (including but not limited to litigation documents). The contact information such as the mobile phone number, email address or account number you designate to receive legal documents is the mobile phone number, email contact information you provided when registering and updating on the Midea platform, and the account you generated when registering as a Midea user. The judicial authority will issue an email to the above contact information. The legal document is deemed to have been served. The mailing address you specify is your legal contact address or a valid contact address you provide.
You agree that the judicial authorities may use one or more of the above delivery methods to deliver legal documents to you. The judicial authorities may use multiple methods to deliver legal documents to you. The delivery time shall be based on the earliest delivery method among the above delivery methods. .
You agree that the above service methods are applicable to all stages of judicial proceedings. If it enters litigation procedures, including but not limited to first instance, second instance, retrial, execution and supervision procedures, etc.
You should ensure that the contact information provided is accurate, valid, and updated in real time. If the legal documents cannot be delivered or are not delivered in a timely manner because the contact information provided is inaccurate or the changed contact information is not notified in a timely manner, you will be responsible for the possible legal consequences.
9. Termination of Agreement
9.1 Circumstances of termination
[User-Initiated Termination] You have the right to terminate this Agreement in any of the following ways:
(1) When you meet the account cancellation conditions announced by Midea Mall, you cancel your account through the website’s self-service;
(2) You stop using the service before the changes take effect and express your unwillingness to accept the changes;
(3) You expressly express your unwillingness to continue using Midea platform services and meet the conditions for termination.
[Termination initiated by Midea] When the following circumstances occur, Midea may notify you to terminate this Agreement in the manner listed in Article 8 of this Agreement:
(1) If you violate the provisions of this Agreement, Midea terminates this Agreement based on the breach of contract clause;
(2) If you misappropriate other people's accounts, publish prohibited information, defraud others of their property, sell counterfeit goods, disrupt market order, use unfair means to make profits, etc., Midea will seal your account in accordance with Midea platform rules;
(3) In addition to the above circumstances, because you have repeatedly violated the relevant provisions of the Midea Platform Rules and the circumstances are serious, Midea has blocked your account in accordance with the Midea Platform Rules;
(4) Your account is recovered by Midea in accordance with this agreement;
(5) You have committed fraud on the Midea platform, published or sold counterfeit/infringing goods, infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, or committed other serious violations of laws and regulations;
(6) Other circumstances that warrant termination of service.
9.2 What to do after the termination of the agreement
[User Information Disclosure] After the termination of this agreement, Midea has no obligation to disclose any information in your account to you or a third party designated by you, unless otherwise expressly provided by law.
[Rights of Midea] After the termination of this agreement, Midea still enjoys the following rights:
(1) Continue to save the various types of information listed in Article 5 of this Agreement that you have retained on the Midea platform;
(2) For your past breach of contract, Midea may still pursue liability for breach of contract from you in accordance with this agreement.
[Transaction Processing] After the termination of this agreement, your transaction orders generated during the existence of this agreement shall continue to be fulfilled, and any resulting losses or increased expenses shall be borne.
10. Applicable law, jurisdiction and others
[Applicable Law] The formation, effectiveness, interpretation, revision, supplement, termination, execution and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China, and any conflict of laws shall not apply; if there are no relevant provisions of the law, refer to business practices and /or industry practice.
[Jurisdiction] Any disputes arising from your use of Midea platform services and related to Midea platform services shall be resolved through negotiation between Midea and you. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court where the entity with which you directly have business representation under Midea's platform is located.
[Severability] If any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed to be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
